Buckeye Brass & Winds, Inc. is a full-service brass repair facility, offering the following services:

  • Complete Dent removal
  • Cleaning Mild acid bath cleaning (Ultrasonic Cleaning Available Soon)
  • Valve alignment Piston & Rotor
  • Rotor valve linkage conversions -Only Seibold MiniBal & Aurora Bearing rod ends are used
  • Valve installations and modifications -Thayer, Hegmann, traditional
  • Mouthpiece drilling (only precision reamers are used, smaller increments than normal drill sizes are possible)
  • Mouthpiece refurbishing -replate in silver or gold
  • Complete hand slide alignment and rebuilding including inside slide tube replating
  • French horn Screw bell conversions
  • Mouthpipe replacements-trumpet and French horn
  • Complete refinishing
  • Valve rebuilds- All fitting done on site
